摘要: Our detailed measurements show the undoped double perovskite Ba22+Pr3+Ru5+O62- to be a nonmetallic (insulating) spin glass (SG) and the similar to 5-10% Cu-doped (i.e., Cu-concentration/(Cu + Ru-concentration) similar to 5-10%) system to be a spin glass superconductor (SGSC), though the critical temperature, T-c, (similar to 8-11 K) and the superconducting volume fraction, f(sc), (similar to 1-4%) are small. This smallness is presumably due to the presence of a large number of pair breaking spins and small carrier concentration in the lattice. Results and their implications are discussed.
