摘要: 本研究係以油溶性尿素樹脂(UF)及短油型大豆油變性醇酸樹酯(Alkyd),依UF/Alkyd=30/70(重量比),並以對甲苯磺酸為硬化劑(添加量UF重量之10%),調配成之酸硬化胺基醇酸樹脂(AA),再與硝化纖維素(NC)摻合,依連續式聚合而成AA-NC半互穿聚合體網狀結構物(Semi-IPNs)作為木器塗料,探討AA/NC組成對塗料及塗膜性質之影響。試驗結果發現,各種組成AA-NC Semi-IPNs之塗料乾燥性,塗膜硬度、耐磨耗性、拉伸強度及甲醛釋出量等均較AA者為佳,且隨NC含量之增加而愈為優良;
