摘要: 氮肥施用過量對洋葱植株生育及鱗莖品質具有顯著性的影響。台南選二號與早玉二品種植株生育期間之株高、葉數、鱗莖直徑、鱗頸直徑與莖頸比均隨植株生育日數的增加而遞增,而且不同氮肥處理間均呈顯著差異。除鱗頸直徑外,鱗莖重、莖頸比、抽苔率、結球率及倒伏率對氮肥處理均具顯著差異。抽苔率因氮肥用量之增加而減少,其餘個性狀對N0、N1及N2處理均為曲線關係。
Plant growth, bulb quality and bulb storability of onion were significantly affected by nitrogen applications. Plant height, number of leaf, bulb diameter, neck diameter as well as bulb to neck ratio of both Tainan 2 and Texas early Grano 502 were increased during growth phase, but there were significant differences among five characterestics under nitrogen treatments. Expect neck diameter, characters of bulb weight, bulb diameter, bulb to neck ratio, percentage of bolting, bulbing and top falling showed significant responses to nitrogen fertilizers. Percentage of bolting decreased as nitrogen increased. Others showed a quadratic regression to nitrogen supply.
