Different Field Management
Under the summer pruning management and the control of lateral shoot growth, the influence of grape fruit quality by means of improving scattered light trapped by the foil plate was observed. Mean fruit weight, peel thickness and ratio of soluble solids to acid were lower under the foil treatment, but the percent juice, total soluble solids and acid were higher. So, suitable field management under the foil plate treatment is helpful to improve the grape fruit quality.
