摘要: The correlation among fruit quality of Ponkan mandarin was investigated. The fruit weight was highly positively correlated with peel thickness and seed number but negatively with TSS. The fruit shape index was negatively correlated with TA. The seed number was positively correlated with TSS and peel thickness. The jucie content was positively correlated with TSS. The TA was highly negatively correlated with TSS: TA ratio. However, the cultivated variety, rootstock, tree nutrition, fruit maturity, fruit on tree location and leaf number on the bearing shoot were the considerable factors.
本研究係取用一些影響椪柑果實品質因素,探討彼此相互關係。果重與果皮厚或種子數為正相關性。果形與滴定酸量為負相關性,但與可溶固形物量為負相關性。果形與低定酸量為負相關性。種子數與可溶性固形物或果皮厚度為正相關性。然而栽培品種、根砧、樹體營養、果實成熟度、果實在樹上位置及結果枝上果時數目等為變化因素。
