Influence of DIF on the Growth of "K-Y cross" Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L.) Seedlings
|關鍵字:||DIF(the difference between day temperature and night temperature)|
The seedling height and stem length responded similarly under DIF treatments. The height and stem length in 0 DIF and - DIF treatments were significantly lower than that is + DIF treatment. The stem diameter of + DIF treatment were for 5 and 10 days of treatment were 3.08 and 3.10 mm, respectively and larger than others. When DIF value decreased, the mean relative growth rate (MRGR) of leaf area, top dry weight, and root dry weight decreased. Seedlings in - DIF treatments for 10 days had the lowest MRGR at the first 7 days after transplanting and the rates showed 0.002cm/day on height, 6.58 cm2/day in leaf area, 27.3 mg/day in top dry weight, and 5.52 mg/day in root dry weight were not significantly different after 7 days of transplanting among all DIF treatments. The T/R ratio was not significant different before or after transplanting in DIF treatments.
