摘要: 蜜紅葡萄(Vitis vinifera L. × Vitis labrusca L.)夏、冬兩收果實生長曲線均為雙S型,其生長日數約為80~86日,以夏果之生長期較短。冬果可觀察出較明顯之stage Ⅱ,夏果及冬果分別於滿花後46及41日進入stage Ⅲ,果實成熟期時夏果之體積及鮮重均大於冬果。不同種子數果實之生長曲線呈現類似的趨勢,但是1個種子果實之生長在整個生長期間均小於2個或3個種子果實。 2個種子夏果及冬果果肉厚度分別自滿花前5日及滿花當日開始增加,滿花後10~15日之增加速度最快;滿花後15至35日夏果果肉厚度增加較多,之後至採收日為止之肥大並不非常明顯。冬果自滿花後15日之後呈持續生長至採收日。夏果果肉細胞層數自滿花前5日以穩定之速度增加至滿花後15日,冬果則於滿花後0~5日迅速增加,二者之細胞分裂均於滿花後15日左右停止,果實成熟時夏果之果肉細胞為23~24層,冬果則為20層左右。在果肉細胞大小方面,其變化與果肉厚度呈相同之趨勢,夏果及冬果細胞肥大速率亦於滿花後10~15日達最大值,滿花後35日夏果及冬果果肉細胞平均長度分別為214.6μm及184.6μm,成熟期夏果細胞平均長度為235μm,冬果則為263μm。
The growth pattern of summer and winter grape berries in 'Honey Red'((Vitis vinifera L. × Vitis labrusca L.) showed double sigmold curve, it needed 80~86 days for growth and the period of summer grape was shorter. The lag period of winter grape was observed more prominently and the growth of stage Ⅲ started from the 46th and 41th day after bloom for summer and winter grape, respectively. Booth of berry volume and fresh weight of summer grape were larger than those of winter grape at harvest time. the berry in of different seed number showed similar growth pattern, but 1-seeded berry was smaller than 2 or 3-seeded berry through growth period. The pulp thickness of 2-seeded berry began to increase from 5 days before and just in bloom for summer and winter grape, respectively. The rapid growth happened during 10 and 15 days after bloom. In summer grapes, pulp thickness increased greatly during 15 and 35 days after bloom, and then no evident increase was found untill the harvest time. While, the winter grape showed a continuously growth during the period of the 15th day after bloom and harvest time. The number of cell layers increased steadily during the 5th day before and 15th day after bloom for summer grape, but increased rapidly during bloom and 5 days after bloom for winter grape. Cell division was ceased around the 15th day after bloom in summer and winter grape, the number of cell layers of summer grape was 23~24 and that of winter grape was about 20. In the pulp cell size, it appeared the same pattern as pulp thickness, the most enlargement occurred in 10~15 days after bloom in both of summer and winter grape. The size of pulp cell was 214.6μm for summer and 184.6μm for winter grape on the 35th day after bloom, respectively, and became to the size of 235μm and 263μm in summer and winter grape at harvest time.
