摘要: The cabbage seeds stored at 5℃ and 30℃ for one and three years and showed that the seeds stored at low temperature would maintain high vigor by TTC test, high germination percentage, fast germination rate with long length of cotyledon. The germination of fresh seeds could be promoted by soaking, and seed germination of 3-year old seed enhanced by PEG priming treatment. The seedling height of 3.76~4.00mm showed long node, big leaf area, and fast growth but lodging rate high after transplanted into field. The seedling of 3.26~3.50mm cotyledon height had highest head weight than others height.
甘藍種子經於5℃及30℃下貯藏一年及三年,於低溫下可保持種子良好活力如TTC值高,發芽率高、發芽速度快、子葉節高。新鮮種子可以浸潤處理提高發芽時種子活力、三年貯藏種子則以PEG滲調效果較佳。種子萌芽後,幼苗子葉節高度3.76~4.00mm之種苗高、節間長、葉面積大,且移植後生育快、倒伏率高,單葉球產量則以3.26~3.50mm為最高。
