摘要: 本試驗利用玫瑰切花商業栽培品種'Noblesse'為試驗材料,探討不同藥劑預措與濕藏後外加3%蔗糖之影響。外加3%蔗糖作為保鮮劑有助於維持切花鮮重及延長瓶插壽命,尤以l0 mM malonate混合l0 mM CaCl2藥劑預措處理後外加蔗糖可增加切花鮮重14.48%為最佳。濕藏三週後,而以l0 mM malonate 預措外加蔗糖處理,花朵直徑不開放。採收後隨著瓶插時間的增加,花瓣澱粉含量由每克乾重的13.26%下降至4.74%,全可溶性糖則由8.54%逐漸上升至27.94%。但經5℃貯藏後澱粉並未隨著瓶插時間而逐漸下降,表示澱粉分解成全可溶性糖的過程受到阻礙。以5℃濕藏三週後,除了以l0 mM malonate混合10 mM CaCl2預措處理,全可溶性糖含量由每克乾重的4.73%上升至9.95%外,其他藥劑預措處理後全可溶性糖與澱粉的含量皆無明顯改變。
Cut rose flowers (Rosa hybrida L. cv. 'Noblesse') pulsed with 10 mM MA (malonate), 10 mM CaCl2 (calcium chloride) and 10 mM MA mixed CaCl2 for 16 hr at 15℃. The effect of adding 3 % sugars after chemical pretreatment was on vase period of cut rose flowers. Cutting rose flowers that treated with 10 mM malonate mixed CaCl2 promoted flowers to open. Amylase actions were high and addtional sugar than no that. The period of flowers opening were accompanied by decreasing in starch and increased in soluble sugars of petals. Flowers that pulsed with 10 mM malonate mixed CaCl2 by increased in soluble sugars of petals but starch content didn't decreased after wet storage for 3 weeks, the others were no significant.
