摘要: 為了解決能源耗竭的問題,各國政府陸續推動智慧電網(smart grid)的基礎建設以有效利用能源,智慧電網從儲能、網路管理、計量和通訊、配電自動化到智慧家居系統等方面,而智慧型電表基礎建設(advanced metering infrastructure,AMI)則是實現智慧電網的第一步。它讓電力公司從電表收集到用電量資訊,以有效管理用電量。先進讀表基礎建設包含智慧型電表(smart meter)、通訊網路及控制中心電表資料管理與相關應用程式等軟硬體之建置與開發。其中通訊網路是AMI系統優劣的重要角色;台電公司目前已建置之AMI系統,該系統在通訊部分採有線及無線技術將電表資料傳送至控制中心,標準多元與互通性不足等問題會造成台電推動AMI建置與未來維護的過程艱困,但台電繼續確保穩定的電力供應,加強節能和減少碳排放,並提升綠色能源使用的比例的目標發展。
In order to solve the problem of energy depletion, governments all over the world are intensifying their efforts to promote Smart Grid infrastructure for efficient use of energy, smart grid energy storage, network management, measurement and communication, distribution automation to smart home system. While wisdom type metering infrastructure AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) is the first step for the realization of the smart grid. In order to cut down energy consumption and upgrade energy use efficiency, AMI has been listed as one of the demand-side management strategies. The advanced Meter Reading infrastructure consists of smart meter communications network, control center meter data management, and related applications such as hardware and software implement and development. Communication network is the important role of the pros and cons of the AMI system. The communication of the AMI system at the first stage built by Taiwan Power Company, adopts wired and wireless technologies to send meter data to the control center. It is expected that the standard pluralism, the lack of interoperability, and other issues will lead to difficulties for Taiwan Power Company to further expand the AMI and maintain the system in the future. Nevertheless, Taiwan Power Company continues to make progress on the goals of ensuring stable power supply, enhancing energy conservation and carbon reduction and upgrading the ratio of green energy use.
