摘要: 科技產業強調創新,並透過知識的運用來達成創新,而產業群聚效應為廠商建構有利之創新環境,進而提升廠商創新之能力。 本研究以結構方程模式(SEM)作為主要分析工具,研究對象為台中科技產業,採立意抽樣方式,針對具產業群聚之科技廠商發放問卷。研究結果顯示,人才交流與知識交流為建構產業群聚之重要因素;產品創新、製程創新與服務創新為建構廠商創新之重要因素,而產業群聚對於廠商創新具有顯著正向之影響。
The ability of innovation play a very important role in technology industry.Technological firms apply knowledge to achieve innovation,and the industry clusters build the innovative environment to enhance the innovative ability of firms. In this study, structural equation modeling (SEM) is the main analytical tool.The investigation method which adopted for this study to issue questionnaires is Purposive Sample, for examples of technology companies.in industrial clusters. The results showed that the communication of people and the communication of knowledge is the important factor in industrial clusters, product innovation, process innovation and service innovation is the important factor in manufacturer innovation, and industry cluster has a significant positive impact on innovation.
