摘要: 非酒精性脂肪肝又稱為非酒精性脂肪性肝病,其為一種肝組織學改變而與酒精性肝病症狀相似,但並無過量飲酒病史的臨床病理綜合症。非酒精性脂肪肝依照其病理變化,隨病程的嚴重程度可分為脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎、脂肪性肝纖維化及肝硬化,非酒精性脂肪肝病也可能發展成肝癌。虎乳靈芝,也稱為'老虎奶'或'虎奶',是一種珍貴的食用菌和藥用菌,主要分佈在馬來西亞、澳大利亞、菲律賓、印度尼西亞及中國大陸等地。它被應用於治療各種疾病,包括乳腺癌、發燒、咳嗽、哮喘及食物中毒等,其亦可當做一般補品食用。在中醫領域,虎乳靈芝則是一種極昂貴的傳統中藥,它被用於治療肝癌、慢性肝炎和胃潰瘍。因此本研究藉由虎乳靈芝來探討其對肝疾病治療效果,此篇研究依照衛生署公告之健康食品之保健功能評估方法作為實驗基礎架構,以倉鼠餵食含有虎乳靈芝的高油脂飼料6星期,探討高劑量(1 g/kg BW)和低劑量(0.25 g/kg BW)虎乳靈芝是否可降低肝臟病變。結果顯示高油脂飼料組肝臟重量增加且有脂肪肝現象,而高、低劑量虎乳靈芝組,肝臟臟器隨著虎乳靈芝劑量增加,脂肪肝病變有減緩趨勢。血清生化分析結果顯示餵食虎乳靈芝後麩草醋酸轉胺脢、麩丙酮酸轉胺脢、膽固醇和三酸甘油酯亦有下降的趨勢,具有減緩脂肪肝的效用。
綜合上述,虎乳靈芝可以減緩高油脂飲食所誘導形成非酒精性脂肪肝疾病的功效,未來可以開發虎乳靈芝之相關保健產品,不論學術發表、農業生技發展及未來產學合作均有重要意義與價值。
