摘要: In nature, glycolipids play a vital role in the field of immune response towards TH1 and TH2 type cytokines. Recently, many research scientist has been focused on these types of glycolipid especially a-galactosyl ceramide. We developed a regioselective glycosylation method to achieve high yield of alpha disaccharide. Subsequently, the formed a-disaccharide acts as a precursor to achieve the a-galactosyl ceramide analogues varying at methyl group at amine position of ceramide. After formation key disaccharides followed by hydrogenation and global deprotection provided final analogues of ceramide. 在自然界中,醣脂質在TH1和TH2型細胞因子的免疫反應中扮演重要的角色,因此許多科學家都集中在這些類型的醣脂質特別是a-半乳醣神經醯胺。我們利用區域選擇性醣鏈結方法來合成出a-型式的雙醣作為先驅物,再進一步以甲基取代醯胺官能基氮上的氫,接著以氫化反應去除保護基。一共經過六步驟合成出a-半乳醣神經醯胺的類似物。
