摘要: In this study, we adopt the method of optical inspection to measure the profile of speed gear and the relative size. Consider the thickness of workpiece, we adopt Parallel-back light source; at first, we fix the camera to capture the image of rotating workpiece. Second, we calculate coordinate points of the profile of the multiple images by using Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG), and perform the sub-pixel operation. Finally, we perform images stitching through the calibrated relationship between the coordinates of camera and rotated table. In addition, in order to verify the accuracy of the experiment, we measure the workpiece by 2.5D Image Measuring Machine, and compare the differences between the two.
本文使用光學檢測方法針對速飛輪輪廓以及相關尺寸進行測量,考量待測物有厚度之情況,採用平行背光源照射方式,並固定攝影機,透過待測物轉動之方式拍攝影像,並將多張影像進行Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG)尋找輪廓點,並對輪廓點進行次像素運算,透過校正拍攝影像座標系與旋轉台座標兩者之關係,將輪廓影像合併,最後進行數據上運算。另外,為驗證實驗的精確度,則使用2.5D影像量測儀進行量測,相較兩者之差異加以評論。
