摘要: In this study, 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycle engine and with on- board steam reformer were used as a test stand to investigate the effect of adding hydrogen mixture on the fuel consumption and exhaust pollution. Addition of reformed gas may have two effects on engine efficiency. One is the enhancement of combustion due to the high speed of flame propagation characteristics of hydrogen, and the other is attributed to the recovery of exhaust thermal energy to improve the fuel heating value. In driving cycle test when hydrogen mixture was added , the CO emission was decreased over 80% when Equivalence ratio=1, but not useful when Equivalence ratio>1. The HC emission could be decreas 20~40% according to driving velocity. The NOx emission was increased 10~40% depend on throttle opening.The best fuel consumption increased 13% compare with only using gasoline is 32.8 km/L when the reform gas flow was 4.37L/min , compare with only using gasoline increased 13%. It was found in experiment that 2-stroke motocycle`s opacity and particulate matter can be improved by adding hydrogen mixture especially on larger sized particulate matter.
本篇論文探討富氫重組氣體和汽油的混合燃料使用在四行程機車及二行程機車上對於油耗和空氣汙染排放的影響。以車載型廢熱回收式的甲醇重組器系統,利用引擎排氣的廢熱來重組產生含有高濃度氫氣的重組氣,再將產生的氣體導入引擎作為輔助燃料。這種作法的好處是一方面利用廢熱回收來提高燃料熱值,一方面利用氫氣火焰傳播速度快的特性,可以有效提高引擎的整體熱效率。實驗結果顯示,在ECE15行車型態測試下, 富氫氣體添加於測試機車後,CO濃度有明顯的下降,在燃料當量比為一時可以降低80%左右的排放量,但在濃油燃燒時改善較不明顯,而在HC排放方面隨車速變化成正相關添加富氫氣體後約可降低20~40%的排放量,但添加富氫氣體對於NOx的濃度有反效果,增加比例在10~40%隨油門開度變化而不同,而在油耗部分添加4.37L/min的富氫氣體可以得到最佳油耗值32.8 KM/L,相較於只使用汽油提升了13%的油耗表現。 本文針對添加富氫氣體的方式改善二行程機車的青白煙排放問題,發現添加富氫氣體對於不透光率及 PM 濃度改善效果顯著,不透光率及 PM 濃度降低超過 5 成,且添加富氫氣體後對於粒徑大的微粒改善率較佳,但同時也發現到二行程機車在排氣無明顯青白煙的情況下,排氣中依然有大量的懸浮微粒的情形。
