摘要: This research is to investigate about combustion characteristics,engine performance and pollution emission by adding aviation fuel JP-8 into six cylinder diesel engine.and choosing operation point from European Steady State Cycle (ESC) to do steady state experiment, including mode7(1650rpm,25%load),mode11(1950rpm,25%load), mode2 (1650rpm,100%load) and mode10 (1950rpm,25%load).These four modes can do comparison by the same engine speed but different load and same load but different engine speed. This research also establish the common rail system in the first cylinder,it means to move out the original fueling system from first cylinder,and use the independent motor to connect common rail and injector, PLC is used to control the injection timing.This studyis to investigate the combustion characteristics of JP-8 by changing injection timing, common rail pressure and engine speed.The results reveal that the fuel consumption of JP-8 is lower than diesel fuel about 6~10%, leads to the lower torque about 10% in full load.BSFC is higher than diesel fuel, it become better after adjust 2°crank angle.COV of JP-8 is lower than 3% in every mode , almost the same with diesel fuel.It is obviously about ignition deley of JP-8.JP-8 is longer than diesel fuel in θsoc about 2°~4°, that is 0.0003~0.0004 sec.In common rail system, θsoc of JP-8 is close to diesel fuel by adjusting 2°crank angle,and pressure of JP-8 is close to diesel fuel by 2~4°crank angle.Maximan pressure of JP-8 is higher by raise the common rail pressure to 250 bar.JP-8 is delay for 1°in θsoc by raise engine speed from 750 to 1000rpm.NOx is lower than diesel fuel about 4~14% in every mode,and opacity and PM are 50% lower than diesel fuel. keywords : JP-8 , diesel engine , common rail system , cylinder pressure, injection timing
本研究以航空燃油 JP-8 為燃料,加入一具六缸柴油引擎,利用 歐 盟 穩 態 測 試 程 序 (ESC) 進 行 穩 態 測 試 , 選 擇 操 作 點 為 mode7(1650rpm,25%load)、mode11 (1950rpm,25%load) 、mode2 (1650rpm,100%load) 和 mode11 (1950rpm,100%load),利用上述四點即可進行同轉速不同負載或是同負載不同轉速情形下的比較,探討其燃燒特性、引擎性能、污染物排放等。本研究另在測試引擎中第一缸位置建立一套共軌噴射系統,即移除第一缸原本的噴油系統,改由利用外部馬達帶動油泵,連接至共軌管及共軌式噴嘴,搭配 PLC 可程式控制器進行控制。本研究改變噴油角度、共軌壓力及引擎轉速來探討 JP-8 的燃燒特性。其結果顯示 JP-8 在各操作條件下 JP-8 的燃油消耗率比柴油低約 6~10%,使得 JP-8 在扭力輸出亦低於柴油,在全負載下有 10%的差距。BSFC 則較高於柴油,此情況在噴油角度提前 2°後有較明顯改善 JP-8 在各個模式下的 COV 值均低於 3% 與柴油相近JP-8。有明顯的燃燒延遲的現象,燃燒起始角約有 2°~4°的差異,約比柴油晚0.0003~0.由0004 sec。共軌系統改變噴油角度,JP-8 噴油角度提前 2°後燃燒起始點會比較接近,若將 JP-8 噴油角度提前 2~4°後在最高汽缸壓力表現上會較接近。改變共軌壓力,共軌壓力 250 bar 在最大壓 力與燃燒起始角均高於和早於 150 bar,提早約 1°。引擎運轉於 1000 rpm 時,在相同噴油角度下有延遲約 1°。NOx 排放 JP-8 在各模式下 約有 4~14%的降幅,而不透光率及 PM 排放皆有 20~50%的降幅。 關鍵字: JP-8、柴油引擎、共軌噴射系統、汽缸壓力、噴油正時
