摘要: 本篇利用雙環戊二烯雙酚與低分子量聚氧二甲苯(SA120)及其衍生物(SA90)分別進行再重排反應,可得含雙環戊二烯(DCPD)之聚氧二甲苯(PPO)。經由末端導入4-vinylchlorostyrene使其官能基化,再經由熱交聯使其固化,分析探討聚氧二甲苯(PPO)鏈段及DCPD結構對熱性質、介電常數之影響。 一般進行再重排(redistribution)會選用低分子量的聚氧二甲苯(PPO)進行重排,例如SA120,而本篇利用SA120進行再重排反應,並嘗試與聚氧二甲苯(PPO)之衍生物SA90進行再重排比較其性質差異。合成之含雙環戊二烯(DCPD)聚氧二甲苯(PPO),除保有聚氧二甲苯(PPO)本生之優異介電、熱性質外,因由較低分子量的SA90進行再重排(redistribution),所得之分子量較一般正常聚氧二甲苯(PPO)來的低,也因此具有較優異的溶解度。隨結構中雙環戊二烯(DCPD)含量增加,測得介電常數逐漸下降,接觸角也逐漸上升,合成出含雙環戊二烯(DCPD)結構之聚氧二甲苯(PPO)除能有效利用C5產物,也對高分子材料提供低成本、低介電之選擇。
Dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)-containing poly(phenylene oxide)(PPO) were synthesized by redistribution. We used the PPO derivative(SA90) as a reactant and also compared it with normal reagent PPO(SA120). SA120 system and SA90 system of PPO thermosets were prepared by thermal treatment. The SA120 system and SA90 system both have low dielectric constants and contact angle due to its aliphatic nonpolar structure. Crosslinking of vinylbenzyl group of SA120 system and SA90 system, improve the thermal properties as well.
