摘要: 本研究探討聯盟組合特性與組織績效之非線性關係,檢視聯盟組合是否有益於公司,本研究以國內公開上市上櫃之公司為研究對象,選取半導體產業和電腦及週邊設備業,研究結果發現聯盟組合特性與財務績效並無顯著的非線性關係,亦即組織之財務績效並不會受到聯盟組合特性的影響,但聯盟組合特性與創新績效具有顯著的倒U型關係,顯示聯盟組合多樣性、中心性和密度增加時,對創新績效有正向影響,但當它超過一個臨界值時,對創新績效的影響反而下降,意謂著適當的聯盟組合特性能為公司帶來創新上的效益,此研究發現可作為管理者在參與聯盟時的參考指標。
