摘要: Academic conference plays a very important role in sharing researchers' ideas. The interaction among presenter, moderator and audiences has a strong influence on the quality of learning during conference. Therefore, this conference supporting system was designed and established as a tablet application to improve the interaction and the quality during the conference sessions. In this application, 'Audience System' and 'Moderator System' were proposed respectively to serve audiences and moderator. By referring to lots of researches, the application was established and contains functions which were designed by following the guidelines for improving interactivity that experts brought up. Finally, TAM was included to design the questionnaire to understand user behavior of audiences and the structure interview to gather opinions from experts having experience of being moderator. The main purpose of this application aims to improve the interaction and quality of Q&A during the conference sessions. This paper contains: (a) the guidelines for improving interactivity; (b) the tablet application designed for improving interaction during the conference sessions; (c) the functions which follows the guidelines to design.
學術研討會對於學生及研究人員而言,是十分重要的資訊交流活動。其中,講者、主持人與聽眾之間的互動,對於會議的品質及交流學習的成效有很大的影響。因此,本研究旨在設計一個研討會議程互動支援系統,並透過平板電腦應用程式實作,以提升學術研討會議程的互動性與會議品質。 本研究將分別提出「聽眾系統」與「主持人系統」,並參考眾多相關文獻,歸納出其中對於提升互動性之要點,再分別轉化設計為平板電腦的應用系統功能,並將應用系統完成,最後透過科技接受模型(Technology acceptance model, TAM)設計問卷以及訪談分析以檢測成效。本應用程式希望透過創新的問題分類方式與流暢的操作體驗,使得學術研討會議中之互動性與發問品質能有顯著提升,並希望與會者因此得到更多收穫。 本篇論文包含(1) 整理歸納主要能提升互動性之方法;(2) 專為學術研討會議程互動性所設計之平板電腦應用程式;和(3) 依據整理歸納出的要點而特別設計的應用程式功能項目。
