摘要: 投射式電容觸控面板雖然是目前最受歡迎與成長最快的觸控面板, 但在多點觸控與薄形化市場化需求下,其功能規格越來越高,製程越顯複雜,且直接影響其良率與製造成本,但價格卻越來越低,製程較簡易的觸控面板又無法實現多點觸控,厚度薄形化與無法大型化的需求 . 針對利用較簡易的製程而達到多點觸控功能的解決方案,本論文依據自感式觸控面板( Self Capacitance Touch Panel)的基本原理,提出新式BEBT ( Both End Bar Type )Touch Panel架構設計,此設計不僅可在1層透明的電極中求得 X 軸座標與Y軸座標,製造成本可望只有軸交錯式的一半,同時雙端感測方式原理下,也可避免一些狀態的 Ghost Point題,Channel 數也可望減少為原先設計的 3/4,也間接促進了大型尺寸設計的可行性.
