摘要: 近年來有機資材的使用大幅增加,處理不當的有機質肥料可能含有大量的病原微細菌,經施用後可能最影響到土攘及農作物而造成環境衛生的問題,因此本研究的目的主要是1、堆肥化過程中病原指標微生物變化情形,2、觀察施用不同有機質肥料對土壤及植體中病原指標微生物之影響,以作為日後提供政府規範堆肥中病原菌狀況之根據。試驗結果顯示堆肥化過程確實能降低病原指標菌含量,最後一次分析結果顯示大腸桿菌群菌數B(牛糞:穀殼:米糠=4.5:4.5:1 )(3.1×104 cfu g-1)>A(牛糞:豬糞:雞糞:穀殼:米糠=1:1:1:1:1 )(5.5×103 cfu g-1)>C(雞糞:穀殼:米糠=4:5:1 )(1.1×101 cfu g-1),糞大腸桿菌菌數A(3.6×102 cfu g-1)≒B(1.7×102 cfu g-1)>C(nd),沙門氏菌菌數B(2.1×103 cfu g-1)>C(2.9×102 cfu g-1) ≒ A(2.4×102 cfu g-1 ),顯示經過堆肥處理,確實可降低堆肥中病原微生物數量,但仍要進行適當的翻堆才可完全殺菌。另外,隨著禽畜糞堆肥的施用,土壤及植體中的大腸桿菌群、糞大腸桿菌及沙門氏菌菌數含量確實有逐漸上升的趨勢,反之CK(5號複合肥料)則沒有病原菌上升的情況,顯示隨著施用禽畜糞堆肥確實可能造成土壤及植體病原微生物數量的上升。
Application of organic fertilizers such as compost in crop production has been increasing drastically. However, pathogenic bacteria in composts may transfer into plant tissue and cause severe public health problems if the composts are not treated properly. The primary purpose of this study was to observe the variations of pathogenic microorganisms during the composting process and in soil and plant after application of different manures. The result showed that the composting process could reduce the number of pathogens in manures. Composting treatment B ranked first in the final number of coliforms after composing, followed by treatment A and C. Composting treatment A ranked first in the final number of fecal coliform after composing, followed by treatment B and C. Composting treatment B ranked first in the final number of Salmonella after composing, followed by treatment C and A. The amount of pathogens in soils and plant tissues increased with increasing of application amounts of manures.
