摘要: 本實驗選用分光效率較好的稜鏡自製光譜儀以非破壞性的方式使用50瓦的鹵素燈以低於1秒的曝光時間完成拍攝,檢測異常血斑蛋及血斑蛋新鮮度。首先以28顆洗選蛋作為基準線,實驗上找到適合辨別血斑蛋樣品的規一化線段,經人工挑選汰除的血斑蛋樣品有兩組,一組58顆,一組43顆,從橘黃光波長範圍中計算血液光譜吸收值,光譜儀的檢出率分別有100%及97%,這兩組樣品人工挑選將正常蛋誤檢為血斑蛋分別為1顆及2顆,另外發現少數樣品位於630nm處會有另一個吸收值,經過開蛋分類可大致確認都有肉斑的生成。另一部份實驗將43顆血斑蛋放置11天,以非破壞性的方式檢測雞蛋的透射光譜發現於波長570-750nm處隨天數呈遞減的變化。實驗發現可以藉由光的穿透率來檢驗含血之異常蛋,也可以當作判別雞蛋新鮮度的依據,研究上有助於未來異常蛋自動化檢測的發展。
In this experiment, a 50-watt halogen lamp was used to detect the abnormality of blood spots and blood spots in a non-destructive manner by using a self-made spectrometer with good spectroscopic efficiency. The experiment is divided into two parts , in a baseline study, blood spots eggs detection is done on 28 washed eggs, We have identified the most suitable discriminating bands for blood spots eggs detection. the artificial selection of two groups of blood group egg samples (N=58 and N=43). Calculate the blood absorption value in the range of orange light wavelength to determine whether it is blood-containing blood spotted egg .The detection rates are 100% and 97% respectively. False positives are 1 and 2 samples respectively . In addition, we found that a small number of samples at 630nm will have another absorption value, which can be roughly confirmed by the egg classification. In the second study, we placed 43 blood spots eggs in room temperature for 11 days, we noninvasively detect the changes of transmission spectrum of the eggs between 570-750nm with respect to time. We found that bloody abnormal eggs not only can be tested by the transmittance of light but also be used as a basis for judging the freshness of eggs . Research will help the development of automated egg detection in the future
