摘要: 瓜實蠅 (Zeugodacus cucurbitae (Coquillett)) 為臺灣葫蘆科 (Cucurbitaceae) 作物栽培期間重要的經濟害蟲之一,此蟲在臺灣終年發生而嚴重影響瓜果產業的 發展。本研究以新鮮小黃瓜液 (Cucumis sativus L.) 添加植物性蛋白水解物、酵 母抽出物及麥芽可溶性萃出物等 3 種不同蛋白質成分與不同比例的硼砂,測試 對瓜實蠅雌蠅的誘捕效果與持效性。結果顯示小黃瓜液添加植物性蛋白水解物對 第 5 日齡雌蟲之相對誘補率最高為 45.8 ± 3.3 %,與其他處理組及對照組皆呈 現顯著差異;而對第 7 與 11 日齡雌蟲的相對誘捕率雖最高為 32.5 ± 3.4 %,但與 添加其他兩種蛋白無顯著差異。而小黃瓜液添加不同比例硼砂的測試,顯示添加 5 及 10 % 硼砂者在 48 小時後,可造成第 5 及 11 日齡雌蟲的死亡率與無添加 者呈顯著差異。田間試驗每 2 天的調查記錄顯示,小黃瓜添加劑對瓜實蠅雌蟲 的平均誘捕數量均大於酵母錠對照組。相關試驗結果可供田間防治瓜實蠅改善誘 捕效果與持效性參考。
