 標題: 以數值方法探討輕質骨材之彈性模數On Determining Elastic Modulus of Lightweight aggregate by Numerical Method 作者: 游輝淵Yu, Huei Yuan 關鍵字: 輕質骨材;lightweight aggregate;彈性模數;複合材料;elasticelastic moduluscelastic modulus;composite materials 出版社: 土木工程學系 摘要: 摘要 輕質骨材彈性模數對輕質混凝土之強度及力性有決定性影響，應 用於結構物上時，在其結構之分析與設計中佔有重要之地位。現今對於混 凝土彈性模數值的決定方面，有利用經驗公式進行預測或利用複合材料的 觀點建立理論模型加以預測。然而在利用經驗公式進行預測的方式上，須 待混凝土預拌且硬化後，才能利用混凝土單位重與其強度代入經驗公式中 以求得彈性模數值；至於利用複合材料觀點所建立之理論公式，其對於骨 材在混凝土中之應力、應變分佈情形所做的假設與實際並不十分契合。 本文提出以數值分析方法，模擬骨材在混凝土中的分佈情況，並建立混 凝土彈性模數、水泥砂漿彈性模數、骨材彈性模數以及骨材體積含量四者 間的關係式。最後再以實驗結果比對求得輕質骨材彈性模數。結果證明， 利用數值分析方法預測混凝土彈性模數具可行性，輕質骨材彈性模數之測 試方法亦具有可信度。Abstract The elastic modulus (E) of lightweight aggregate has important effects on the strength and the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete. On the determination of the E value of concrete, the empirical equations and the predicted formulas derived basing on the composite materials theory are often adopted. These methods have been evaluated to be inconvenient or impractical. This study presents firstly the method of numerical analysis to simulate the distribution situation of aggregate in concrete, and then establishes the relationship among the elastic modulus of concrete, mortar, aggregate and the content of aggregate in concrete. This relationship is then utilized for evaluating the E value of light aggregate according to the test data.
