摘要: 
本研究目的在建立雙層膠合層板之非線性有線元素分析 模式。依據
非線性板理論推導雙層膠合板之非線性理論公式 ,模式中考慮膠層之橫
向正應力及剪應力沿層板厚度方向分 佈,並利用變分原理推導出層板與
膠層之廣義應力與應變關 係式,再依所推導理論式撰寫成非線性有限元
素法程式。 本研究中所採用理論模式可避免以往使用剪拉彈簧模
式 (shear-tension spring model),在膠層較薄時膠層應力高 估現象。
本研究中除對雙層膠合板承受垂直板方向載重作用 下非線性行為分析外
,並針對膠層厚度及勁度變化對膠層及 層板應力與整體板之變形影響加
以探討。

The object of this study is to develop nonlinear finite
element model for adhesive-bonded laminated plates. The
model is based on nonlinear plate theory and an
assumed variation of the transverse shear stress and
transverse normal stress through the thickness of the
plates. The formulation makes use of the variational principle
for determining the generalized stress-strain relationship of
adhesive and plate. Nonlinear finite element model is then
established by using the present formulation.
The present model can overcome the previous analysis by using
shear-tension spring model overestimates the adhesive stresses,
when the thickness of adhesive is extremely thin.
Herein, this study analyzes the nonlinear behavior of the
adhesive-bonded laminated plates subject the lateral load.
Influence of the adhesive thickness and stiffness on the
stresses of adhesive and plates also will be investigated in
this study.
