本文主要係以台灣西南部海岸自然環境條件下,初步探討人工岬灣工法之
可行性。研究中經由數值模式計算人工岬灣之波、流場結構特性及海岸地
形變遷情形,文中以不同之人工岬頭之堤身轉角、離岸距離、岬頭間距及
岬頭長度各種佈置條件,探討人工岬灣之形成方式。經由數值計算結果顯
示,若依據當地海域之地形及波浪折射方向,佈置堤身轉角,使波峰線與
堤身平行,較有利於灣岸之形成;岬頭後方環流結構之完整性,將影響岬
頭後方之砂舌堆積,文中結果顯示,岬頭離岸距若恰位於碎波帶外,而且
岬頭間距大於離岸距離,可使上下游岬頭後方,形成較完整之環流結構。
本文之研究亦顯示,適當之岬頭長可產生較好的砂舌型態,若岬頭太短則
不利於砂舌之形成。本研究而後進一步考慮加入砂源後對形成人工岬灣的
影響,結果顯示,適當之增加砂源有利於岬灣之形成。

In this paper, a numerical simulation model involving wave,
current and beach evolution simulation is used to simulate the
shoreline changes between two headlands. Various arrangements
including directions, lengths, offshore distances and apart
distances of headlands are calculated to explore the optimum
headland control in the coastal defense. The wave condition and
the bottom slope of Mir-Tuor Coast in the west-southern Taiwan
are used in the simulation. The results from this elementary
study show that the salient type behind headlands may be formed
in the simulation area due to the smaller wave energy and too
mild bottom slope. It may be inferred the better arrangement of
headlands from the study and specified as followings. (I) The
direction of headland parallel to the wave crest line is
favorable. (II) The headland is suggested to locate just at the
outside of surf zone and the apart distance be greater than the
offshore distance of headlands. (III)The suitable length of
headland will make better types of salient, too short headland
is not favorable.(VI)To form a tombolo behind headland,
artificial renourishment may be considered.
