近幾年來,在國內外橋樑倒塌事件頻傳,而造成財物的損失及人員的傷
亡。為了避免災害的發生,則必須確實做好橋樑的安全評估,而評估工作
中,鋼筋混凝土構件裂縫的深度成為十分重要的一環。本論文的目的在於
延伸表面裂縫深度檢測技術之應用,由混凝土版構件或大型結構(無側向
邊界效應)至更複雜且相當重要的橋樑上,本研究規劃實際尺寸的鋼筋混
凝土樑,進行載重試驗,讓樑產生裂縫後,再對這些裂縫實施非破壞性檢
測,以探討在側向邊界影響下,應力波動技術是否仍然適用,另外,同時
以數值分析及試驗方式來瞭解鋼筋對於應力波動訊號的影響,最後,再以
染液及鑽心試驗來驗證裂縫的實際深度。試驗結果顯示,以時間領域為主
的改良式敲擊回音法在真實裂縫的深度檢測並未因邊界效應及鋼筋存在而
有所影響,從記錄到的位移波形更可以瞭解鋼筋的存在與否,輔以頻率分
析,更可對於撓剪類型的傾斜裂縫施行裂縫深度及走向的檢測,因此,改
良式敲擊回音法對於鋼筋混凝土樑等具側向邊界的結構體之裂縫深度檢測
深具可行性。

With the success of the impact-echo method in determining the
depth of surfaceopening cracks in slab-like structures or large
members in which boundaries have minor effets on stress wave
propagation, the study of this thesis aims at extendingthe
application of stress wave progation technique to measure the
depths of surface-opening cracks in reinforced concrete beams
commonly used in bridge structures. Experimental studies were
carried out on full-scale reinforced concrete beams in order to
realize the effects caused by close boundaries, and futhermore,
to understand the disturbances in recorded displacement
waveforms caused by the presence of steel bars. Numerical
studies were also performed tocomplement the experiments. The
recorded displacement waveform were analyzed primarily in the
time domain. Finally, all the actual depth of surface-opening
cracks were identified both by dyeing and coring. The results
obtained from thethese studies show that the modified impact-
echo method based on time domain analysis can accurately measure
the depths of cracks in spite of the close boundariesand the
presence of steel bars. Together with frequency domain analysis
of the recorded waveforms, flexureshear inclined cracks can also
be evaluated. Therefore, the modified impact-echo method is
highly feasible to evaluate the depths of surface-opening carcks
in real reinforced concrete structures.
