摘要: 
由於農業的發展趨勢傾向於高經濟作物栽培,但因為栽培方式與作物
習性之故,水田轉作後,必然會增加排水系統的負擔。因此,對於轉作田
區排水變化上的研究有其必要。此外,平地水筒模式較變量流模式來得單
純且計算時間可大為縮減,將其應用在低平水田區域的排水模擬上,重現
性亦相當良好,故本研究應用此模式進行逕流分析。 本文
中,首先對轉作田流出狀況作一探討,其次介紹平地水筒模式之概要。最
後則利用平地水筒模式,以給定計畫降雨方式,模擬流域內隨田區轉作造
成逕流之變化狀況以及模式參數之敏感度分析不過,由於田區內轉作狀況
十分複雜,因此,在本文中僅考慮田區進行大規模轉作,以簡化轉作情況
。 依據研究之結
果,可用以評估流域內轉作面積及轉作後之計畫排水量,進而提供未來下
游防災排水設施規畫及設計之參考。

Because developments of agriculture tend to cultivate economic
crop, furthermore, methods of cultivation and habitude of
crop are different,so peakflow of rotational paddy basin will be
more than all paddy basin. Understanding change of
drainage in rotational paddy basin is important. On the
other hand, dif f usive tank model is simpler than unsteady flow
model,moreover, its simulation computer time can reduce. When
simulate the drainage of low-lying basin, it shows a good
coincidence. In this paper using the model account for above
adv antages. This
paper, first, explores the situation of drain age in rotational
paddy farm; second, introduce the compendium of diffusive tank
model.Finally, givingdesign storm then using the diffusive tank
model simulatethe change of runoff according to rotational
paddyfarm in basin and analyzesensitivity of parameterin model.
Because the cases of farm are complicate,so in this paper just
consider large-scale rotational farm for simplifying case.
According to the resul ts of study can evaluate area of dry-land
and planning discharge in basin, farther, support the
reference of project and design of defensive construction and
drainage system.
