摘要: 
合成8個以NNO-Schiff Base (L1-L4)與聯吡啶共配位基的四價釩錯合物[V(Ln)B](ClO4) (1d-4e) (n = 1 - 4, B = dppz, d; dppn, e)。錯合物[V(Ln)B](ClO4)結構經元素分析、ESI-MS鑑定,並由CV、UV/Vis吸收光譜與EPR探討其物理性質。
在DNA光裂解實驗中,利用紫外光(365 nm)與藍光(430 nm)為燈源,探討錯合物之DNA光裂解活性與反應機制,並進一步探討錯合物在Ca9-22、SCC-15癌細胞的光毒性。其中1e-4e在藍光下具有較好的光動力潛力,期望在生物醫藥方面有更廣泛的應用。

A series of vanadium(IV) complexes [V(Ln)B](ClO4)] (1d-4e) (n=1 – 4, B= dppz, d; dppn, e) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI-MS, Cyclic Voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Their activity and mechanism for photo-induced cleavage of supercoiled DNA are investigated under UVA light (365 nm) and blue light (430 nm) condition. Furthermore, Photocytotoxicity assay against Ca9-22 and SCC-15 cancer cells indicate that dppn vanadium(IV) complexes (1e-4e) show significant photo-induced cytotoxicity under blue light. These results give impetus to new therapeutic strategies for developing photodynamic drugs.
