本研究主要在探討鋼筋於自充填混凝土梁中受靜態載重作用下之握裹行為。試驗共製作二十三支梁試體,其中十一支為普通混凝土梁,另十二支為自充填混凝土梁。試體尺寸為240 ×360 ×3500 mm。探討之變數包括混凝土強度、搭接長度、箍筋強度、箍筋含量指數等,期望對自充填混凝土梁之握裹行為有所了解。試驗結果可歸納如下:
1.自充填混凝土與普通混凝土梁於試驗變數相同情況下,提高混凝土強度、增加搭接長度、提高箍筋強度、增加箍筋含量指數,皆對延展性有正面的貢獻。構件及斷面延展性方面,自充填混凝土梁為普通混凝土梁之1.173倍及1.231倍。
2.將兩系列混凝土梁之握裹強度試驗值比較可以發現自充填混凝土之握裹試驗值平均約為普通混凝土梁之1.073倍。
3.現行ACI 318規範搭接長度之設計需求,以延展性之觀點對於普通混凝土偏不保守,但對於自充填混凝土則可。
4.自充填混凝土梁之撓曲裂縫數目較多,相對地,裂縫寬度較小,為普通混凝土梁之81.5 %,顯示自充填混凝土有較佳的裂縫控制。普通混凝土梁裂縫寬度平均為0.233 mm,而自充填混凝土梁平均為0.190 mm皆滿足ACI規範限制。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the bond behavior of reinforcing bars embedded in self-consolidating concrete (SCC) beams under static load. A total of twenty-three beam specimens were made in this study, eleven were normal concrete beams and the rest were self-consolidating concrete beams. The size of specimens was 2403603500 mm .The parameters included the concrete strength, splice length , strength of transerverse reinforcement and amount of transerverse reinforcement. The following conclusions can be made from the test results.
1. SCC beams have better ductility. The average ratio of SCC beams ductility to NC beams ductility is 1.173 and the average of SCC beams section ductility to NC beams section ductility is 1.231 .
2.SCC beams have better bond strength. The average ratio of bond strength of SCC beams to that of NC beams is 1.073.
3.The requirement on development length of current ACI Code may be unconservative for normal concrete as for as ductility is concerned, but adequate for self-consolidating concrete.
4.SCC beams have better crack control over normal concrete beams. beams. The average of SCC beams crack width to NC beams crack width is 0.815.
