本文針對橫式包裝機械之端封口機構提出分析設計,文中也特別針對振動的問題作探討及分析,因為通常這類旋轉式的機器在運轉時都伴隨著振動的產生。
振動問題的改良是提高機器整體表現的ㄧ個關鍵因素,而改善振動問題的第一步驟就是正確地找出振動源,因此本文以實際的振動測量來作機器振動源的分析。
本文將此機器視為一質量與彈簧系統,此系統是由一垂直懸吊於彈簧的質量及另ㄧ繞此質量中心旋轉的較小質量所組成的,此質量與彈簧系統因為較小質量的不平衡旋轉而產生振動。而本文的主要目的就是找出此系統的運動方程式並建立實驗來測量振動的情形,同時以電腦輔助分析軟體ADAMS來建立機構的電腦模型,進而以動態模擬其振動結果,以作為機構分析設計的驗證。
本文利用ADAMS建立三種封口機構的電腦模型及其運動方程式,其中第一種旋轉式封口機構的偏心質量可視為質點來處理,其餘兩種搖籃式封口機構因其自轉的運動因素則必須以剛體的模式來處理。
根據本文所提的設計分析方法,提出低振動的改良式封口機構設計並建立其ADAMS的電腦模型,並以其模擬結果來驗證其改良成效。

This research presents the analysis and design of the end sealing mechanism of a Horizontal F-F-S (Form-Fill-Seal) Packaging Machine. In general, this kind of machine always has vibration problem due to the rotating mechanism. Therefore, the phenomenon of vibration is discussed in this research.
Reducing the vibration is one of the key factors to improve the performance of this kind machine. The first step of reducing vibration is to find the source of vibration. In this research, analyzing the source of vibration is done by experiment.
In this research, a mass-spring system is used to represent this machine. This system is consisted of a smaller mass rotating about the center of another mass which is suspended from a spring. The vibration of this system is induced by the unbalanced rotation of that small mass. The purpose of this research is to derive the equation of motion of this system, and establish the experiment for measuring the vibration of this packaging machine. Also a computer aided analysis software ADAMS is used to perform dynamic simulation to analyze the vibration of this machine.
Three types of the end sealing mechanisms are analyzed numerically and simulated by the ADAMS software. The first type, rotary type, mechanism can be treated as an unbalanced rotation of a point mass, while the other two, box-motion type, must be treated as rigid body due to the self-rotation of the unbalanced mass.
The new design of the low vibration end sealing mechanism is presented in this research based on the analysis and synthesis of previous mechanisms. The result is verified by the dynamic simulation using ADAMS software.
