摘要: 
自充填混凝土(Self-Compacting Concrete,簡稱SCC)為具有非常良好變形能力與抗析離性的高性能混凝土,於混凝土澆程中不需要震動夯實即能夠流過鋼筋間隙且充滿模版之各個角落,因為良好而確實的模版填充,可以提高鋼筋混凝土構造物整體的耐久性與強度,本研究之主旨即在討論自充填混凝土的新拌性質及其對耐久性之提升。
由相關試驗結果可知,所選定之SCC配比,經由坍流度試驗、V型試驗與箱型試驗等SCC新拌性質之檢驗後,可符合SCC第2等級工作性之要求。由滲透試驗、中性化試驗與電阻阻抗試驗結果可知,SCC相較於普通混凝土具有良好之耐久性。普通混凝土或SCC,經600℃高溫作用2小時,其強度均將大幅折減,研究結果顯示SCC之火害後強度性質表現並不遜於普通混凝土。
