dc.description.abstract全氟磺酸聚合物/二甲基乙二醛二汞薄膜修飾電極對偵測銅(Ⅱ)有很好的效果。全氟磺酸聚合物為陽離子交換樹脂,具有防止有機物及界面活性劑干擾的功能,並在預濃縮時可增加銅(Ⅱ)的吸收量。二甲基乙二醛二為螯化劑,易與銅(Ⅱ)形成螯化物,可增加選擇性及靈敏度。此電極在pH9.00之NH3/NH4CI緩衝溶液中,預濃縮時間5min之偵測極限可達0.1ppb,線性範圍1-80 ppb。線性迴歸係數r=0.9997。 在提高靈敏度方面,以40 ppb銅(Ⅱ)為例,此電極之偵測訊號比全氟磺酸聚合物之汞薄膜修飾電極提高約10%,比汞薄膜電極提高約45% 。在防止有機物及界面活性劑干擾方面,以40 ppb銅(Ⅱ)為例,黃酸及Triton X-100之濃度需達10 ppm方會干擾。此結果比全氟磺酸聚合物之汞薄膜修飾電極好10倍,比汞薄膜電極好20倍。zh_TW
