摘要: 
隨著3C產業的蓬勃發展,精密化及薄件化的產品需求已是產業發展的趨勢,而超高速射出能力的射出機上才能使薄件化產品或的更廣泛的運用。
本論文針對如何設計低磨擦、低油洩漏及低慣性力的超高速射出成型機,並利用有限分析軟體COSMOS對超高速射膠機的結構強度分析及改善,以及如何建構高響應、高速度及高壓力的伺服油壓系統,完成射出單元與伺服油壓系統之設計資料,依照此設計方法完成原型機台的設計,其次配合崁入式工業級PC-Based控制系統,進行機台實際測試,測試結果可以最高射出速度1200mm/sec呈現,已經滿足超高速射出的範圍。

With the flourishing development of 3C industry, melt accurately and thin products demands for melting have already been industry''s development trend, it penetrate penetrate ability not making piece not thin unable to take products plane or extensive application.
To how design low scrape , low oil leak and low mass force of ultr high speed injection molding machine , and utilize limited analysis software COSMOS to analyse and improve about the ultrafast intensity of structure of penetrating the glue machine, and how is it construct high respond , at a high speed and high pressure of servo hydraulic system to build, finish injection unit and design servo hydraulic system, finish the design of the prototype machine platform according to this design method, secondly cooperate in the industry one grade of PC-Based control systems of entering type, the going on machine platform is tested actually, the test result can shoot speed 1200mm/sec and appear at most , has already satisfied the ultrafast range that has penetrated .
