dc.description.abstract屏東木薑子(Litsea akoensis Hay.),為樟科(Lauraceae),木薑子屬(Litsea),文獻記載此植物成分中,butanolides類的化合物在P-388(老鼠血癌細胞), KB16(人類鼻咽癌細胞), A 549(人類肺癌細胞)和 HT-29(人類大腸癌細胞)的生物毒性測試,其實驗結果均有顯著的表現。 本研究從屏東木薑子葉部甲醇萃取物中,一共分離出八個化合物,分別為Litsenolide B2、 Litseakolide B、 Litsenolide A1、 Litsenolide A,Kaempferol-3-O- rhamnoside、 Isorhamnetin-β-3-O-rhamnoside、 Kaempmferol-3-O- galactoside、以及一個尚未發表的化合物B4。並藉由光譜分析及化學方法確認其結構。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractLitsea akoensis is an evergreen medium-sized tree, endemic in Taiwan . One of major chemical constituents of Litsea akoensis is butanolides tpye. These butanolides showed cytotoxic activity against P-388, KB16, A 549 and HT-29 cancer cell lines. From the methanolic extracts of the leaves of Litsea akoensis, five butanolides and three flavonoids were obtained by column chromatography. These compounds were Litsenolide B2、 Litseakolide B、 Litsenolide A1、 Litsenolide A,Kaempferol-3-O- rhamnoside、 Isorhamnetin-β-3-O-rhamnoside、 Kaempmferol-3-O- galactoside, and compound B4. The structure of these compounds were identified by spectrometric and chemical methods. Among the above compounds, compound B4 was a new butanolide .zh_TW
