本論文目的為設計與研製一個可以同時考慮位置命令,速度命令,加速度命
令的無刷直流馬達DSP控制器,控制器的設計以d-q二軸模式為基礎,採用回
授線性化技巧,再結合DSP與組合語言,計算並輸出無刷直流馬達(BLDCM)三
相所需的電壓命令訊號觸發驅動器,驅動BLDCM,實現所設計的驅動器;驅動
器由六顆可高頻切換的功率MOSFET構成橋式電路,以PWM方式調變輸出電
壓,為了回授目的,進一步地製作霍爾元件電流量測器與計數器,量測電流
與馬達位置編碼器;電腦與實驗的結果指出所設計的控制器確實可行

In this thesis, we design and implement a controller for a
brushless direct current motor (BLDCM). Based on a d-q biaxial
model of the BLDCM, a controller is first designed by using a
feedback linearization technique.This controller can
concurrently accept position,velocity,acceleration motion
control commands to achieve zero steady-state error.The designed
controller is then implemented by incorporating a digital signal
processor (DSP) with appropriately codeed assembly
lanuageprograms to generate command signals of three-phase
voltages to drive the BLDCM. Furthermore, current sensors built
by hall effect integrated circuit elements and position encoder
are used for feedback purpose. Control results of bothcomputer
simulation and experiments indicate the feasibily of this
designed controller.
