合成一系列以NNO-Schiff Base (L1-L3)與聯吡啶共配位基的二價銅錯合物[Cu(L)B](ClO4) (B = bpy, a; phen, b; dpq, c; dppz, d; dppn, e)。錯合物[Cu(L)B](ClO4)結構經元素分析、ESI-MS及X-ray單晶繞射鑑定,並由CV、UV/Vis吸收光譜與EPR探討其物理性質。
在DNA光裂解實驗中,利用紫外光(365 nm)與藍光(430 nm)為燈源,探討錯合物之DNA光裂解活性與反應機制,並進一步探討錯合物在HeLa、SCC-15、L929癌細胞的光毒性。其中3e在藍光下具有較好的光動力潛力,期望在生物醫藥方面有更廣泛的應用。

A series of copper(II) complexes [Cu(Ln)B](ClO4)] (n=1 - 3,B= bpy, a;phen, b; dpq, c; dppz, d; dppn, e) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray crystal structural, LC/MS, Cyclic Voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Their activity and mechanism for DNA photo-induced cleavage are also investigated under UVA light (365 nm) and blue light (430 nm) condition. Furthermore, cellular experiments in HeLa, SCC-15 and L929 cancer cells indicate that complexes 1e, 2e and 3e show very high photo-induced cytotoxicity in which 3e has the best photodynamic therapy potential in blue light (430 nm). These results give impetus to new therapeutic strategies for developing photodynamic drugs.
