摘要: 
本論文主要利用鹽類還原法製備出奈米大小的金微粒並將奈米金微粒重複塗佈在石英基板上製作出不同金覆蓋率的二維碎形薄膜,並將不同金覆蓋率的樣品進行XRD、SEM和電阻值之量測。
由XRD的結果顯示,樣品經過200℃熱處理後除了金的繞射峰外,還有少量Au5Si合金的形成。由SEM的實驗結果發現,金微粒受熱處理至200℃以上開始有聚縮的現象,會造成樣品的電阻值急速增加。由SEM影像的分析,可以得到金的覆蓋率介於9至48%之間,而碎形維度介於1.34至1.78之間,由電阻的量測顯示所有樣品皆為金屬的性質。
