在這篇論文中我們利用傅立葉原理獲得Sine-Gordon擾動方程組的有限維常微分方程近似模型。從常微分方程週期解的分歧圖表得知,環狀去氧核醣核酸在電磁場的影響之下會使得長鏈被拉長而且可能發生毀壞。

In this study, we apply the Fourier theory to study the truncated modeled ODEs of the perturbed coupled Sine-Gordon equations. The bifurcation diagram of the periodic solutions of the ODEs reveals the torsional effect of a circular DNA under the influence of electromagnetic waves, which leads to the stretch of the DNA strings and may cause the damage of DNA.
