在存活分析中幾個雙樣本及多樣本檢定方法其檢定力之比較

Abstract

在本文中，我們考慮了五種雙樣本檢定方法(Two-Sample Tests):F Test, Cox-Mante l Test, Peto and Peoto's Generalized Wilcoxon test, Pete and Peto's Logran k Test 和Gehan's Genuralized Wilcoxon Test 來檢定Ho:Si(t)=S2(t)(t≦T)對應 於H1:S1(t)≦S2(t)，並比較它們之間檢定力(Power)的大小。 我們取的樣本數為30,50,80,並考慮二種分配，Exponeatial Distribution 及Weibul l Distribution 在Uncensored 及Censored 和不同的Censoring Rate 之下，求取它 們的檢定力，並以此來評估及比較上述五種檢定方法之依據。 同時，我們也推廣到K(>2)樣本檢定方法(K-Sample Tests)取K=3 並用Gehan's Gener alized Wilcoxon Test 及Cox's Propor Tional Hazard Model 來求取其檢定力，以 作為比較此二種Tests 之根本依據。
