dc.description.abstract | 在本文中,我們將探討摺刀法(JACKKNIFE )、拔靴帶法(BOOTSTRAP)及GREENWOOD 法,在估計Kaplan-Meier與Breslow 估計量(KME 與BE)之變異數時,所具有準確性 與可靠性。 透過隨機設限模式(Random Censorship Model ),成比危險假設下VAR(KME)與VAR( BE) 的真值(True Value),各方法的估計差異,應用時機及優缺點,皆可明白的顯 示出來,此地,透過計算機模擬500 組隨機存活設限樣本,在樣本數不大(n=10,15, 20,25,30)與各種變動因素(設限型態、設限程度、計算時點)組合下,分別引入各 方法,計算各項變異數估計值,並就計算結果,進行分析,以期往後在存活分析中, 能夠更正確的選擇出VAR(KME)與VAR(BE) 的適當估計量。 | zh_TW |
