本論文利用SolidWorks建構平台之3D模型,再藉由有限元素分析軟體ANSYS Workbech探討其自然頻率、模態分析,以對其本身設計主軸溫升運轉測試平台外型、結構作適當之分析與修改設計。

In the manufacturing process of machine tools, the spindle performance dominates the working process quality and production efficiency. In terms of engineering design, tests and analysis are used to verify the quality and design after its production. As for assembly, tests and analysis are used to verify the success of its assembling process and is regarded as a reference for improving the product''s quality. From a customer''s perspective, the result of analysis functions as a reference in meeting the customer''s demand.

This research mainly aims at machine tools, the leather belt type and both erect and horizontal direct-drive type, spindle run-in Test Platform individually. Moreover the main spindle run-in test platform is used to record temperature change of the spindle suit before installation in order to cast off dispersion from lubricating oil for both stability and maximum performance.

This study uses SolidWorks to construct 3D models of the platform as well as discusses its free frequency and the modal analysis by finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. According to this data, we can improve machine tool spindle run-in test platform outlook and the structure to make suitable analysis and design necessary revision.
