摘 要
對伺服線性馬達而言,良好的軸向定位精度,是邁向加工技術高精密化的
基本要求。 除了馬達本體的機械結構要與伺服系統有良好搭配外,適當
的伺服參數設定更能使定位準確。
本文中以PLST-A-2型伺服線性馬達配合Parker公司OEM6250型控制器做為
研究對象,並利用雷射干涉儀量測實際的定位誤差做為評量指標。在不改
變現有機械系統的前提下,先選定欲探討的控制器伺服參數,然後引入田
口方法找出控制器內部參數的最佳調整值,提昇線性馬達定位精度。

Abstract
A servo linear motor with good axial positioning accuracy is the
fundamentalrequirement for achieving high precision machining
technique. In addition tothe mechanical structure of a motor
itself which has to be well compatiable with the servo system,
the proper set of servo parameter which will make the
positioning more accurate is also very important. This
research examines the PLST-A-2 linear motor and the OEM-6250
controllerof Parker Company. The actual positioning error
measured from the laserinterferometer is used as an indicator.
Under the condition of unchanging the mechanical system, the
servo parameter of the controller is first selected.Then the
Taguchi method is adopted trying to find out the better
adjustedparameter values of the controller.In this way, the
positioning accuracy ofa linear motor can be increased.
