摘要: 
本篇論文的主要目的是根據實務經驗對航太零件CAM製程規畫提出探討,
內容包括CAM系統簡介、相關之工具介紹(機具、刀具、夾具)、NC程式
設計流程,及針對航太零件加工型態:銑基面、銑FLANGETOP、銑POCKRT
、腹板、五軸銑RULED SURFACE、雕刻取面等相關之CAM技術提出探討,並
舉隔框之製程為例。最後將航太零件品質不良肇因及對策列表以供參考。

The object of this paper is to present a research about CAM
process planning of aircraft parts based on practical
experience. The contents includes not onlythe CAM system and
relevant tooling(machine,cutter,fixture)introduction, NC
programdesign procedure but also a study of for inatances, base
plane, flang top, pocket,wed, ruled surface, sculptured
surface...etc. Specifically, take the CAM processof bulkhead as
an example. In addition, herwith, a table of root cause
versuscountermeasures for quality default of aircraft parts is
provided for reference.
