國內使用中之自動倉儲系統均以PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)
為控制器,再與負責存取機指派決策及資料管理的電腦連線為架構來
達成任務。因為倉儲系統的機能要求日益增高,例如以伺服控制達到
穩定啟動及停止存取機並高速、高準確性定位;辨視(ID)讀條碼系統
導入;環境狀況的掌控等等,使得舊有之控制架構無法達成目標或困
難度相當高。為了解決這個問題,本論文採用分菜式控制的架構,以
主電腦為各控制輔節點之動作協調中心,將各相關資料處理後,再透
過網路統一發送各輔節點之運動命令,而輔節點則依本身之軟硬體功
能完成命令。如此一方面可以改善控制器能力及擴充彈性,即能輕易
地控制AC 伺服馬達以驅動存取機,並以網路通信方式,讓不同功能之
控制單元模組化後串聯運作,使系統功能擴充十分容易。另一方面
利用已被發展完整的使用者介面系統,將控制操作及管理決策軟體整
合成為功能更強、擴充性更高、親和力更大的自動化倉儲管理系統。

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are the most common controller units which is used in automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS) presently. These PLCs are then liked to the decision making unit and or the management unit under the control of main computer for accomplishing the system integration. Since the AS/RS functional requirements, such as the high speed and accurate positioning of the S/R machine, are gaining in future, the current PLCs control structures may no longer adapt the complicate environments. The advantage characteristics in AS/RS management system for distributed processing which applies the system of Fuzzy-Integrated Programmable Logic Control (FPLC) and assimilates the control logic of software as well as management rules are the problem solver and the major consideration in this paper under this distributed processing structure, the main computer is served as a coordinating center that distributing the processed motion command to each auxiliary or subauxiliary node through the powerful communication network. And then each auxiliary node is setting accomplish the commands by its hard- and or soft-ware functions. This distributed processing makes it much easier in modular design. Moreover, it reduces the difficulties in modification and or extending. The user friendly interface makes the integration of the distributed processing and management decision system more easy to use. Furthermore, it may also monitor the opoeration during functioning.
