(2003) “Interactions between operational and relational capabilities in fast food service delivery”, Transportation Research Part E, Vol. 39, pp.161-173 | 摘要: | 當所有的企業皆面臨環境劇烈地改變時,為什麼有些企業的表現較其競爭對手要好,並且能藉由創造卓越的顧客價值,達到可持久的競爭優勢?本研究試圖以資源基礎觀點的角度探討組織能力的問題。本研究將公司能力分成三種:內部能力、外部能力以及橋接能力。內部能力是「由內而外」的觀點,係企業為了因應競爭挑戰所需而產生的能力,包括製造能力與創新能力;外部能力則為「由外而內」的觀點,使企業得以與外部環境連結,包括市場偵測能力與關係能力。橋接能力係指將內部能力與外部能力加以整合的能力,包括吸收能力與整合能力。 本研究分別探討內部能力、外部能力對價值創造的影響,並檢測橋接能力是否會對內、外部能力與價值創造之間的關係產生干擾作用。問卷發放對象以製造業為主,有效問卷共104份。本研究利用因素分析、迴歸分析及階層式迴歸分析進行實證研究,研究結果發現:內部能力中的「彈性」、「技術創新」與「管理創新」,以及外部能力中的「資訊闡釋及記憶」、「資訊探索」、「知識分享」與「互動」對價值創造皆有顯著正向的影響。橋接能力對內部能力與價值創造之間的關係其干擾效果僅部份顯著,而對外部能力與價值創造間的關係則具有顯著的干擾效果。 |
