dc.description.abstract近年來工具機的發展趨勢主要是以高速化與高精密為首要重點。但於高速且高精密的工具機裡,機台運作時摩擦與熱源所產生的熱,將導致工具機產生溫升熱變形,進而影響到加工精度。 本研究主要是開發有限元素法電腦程式來模擬計算「單軸進給平台」加工運作時,受局部熱效應後,整機之溫度分佈以及變位狀況,藉以提供平台進給時正確的定位資訊。 首先建立進給平台之有限元素模型,並且施以元素與節點之的最佳化。將載具的邊界條件與實驗量測出來的感測點溫度值置入,完成載具之有限元素模式檔案的完整資料。然後將檔案輸入我們開發的有限元素熱動態分析軟體,進行熱傳遞之溫度動態模擬與變形分析。最後再把相關實驗量測點的資料和本軟體計算得出來的資料相比較,以確定有限元素計算出來的其他百萬多筆資料的可靠性。 應用本研究之方法將可以分析出工具機的熱動態行為特性,以確定將來於設計機台時之可行性或擬定可能改善之方案,增進加工產品的精度,達到 工具機技術水準。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, high speed and high precision feature become focal points in the development of machine tools. However, the high speed and high precision in machine tools which produce friction and heat will cause thermal deformation. And then thermal deformation will affect the machining accuracy of machine tools. The study of the main idea is to develop a finite element computer program software which can simulate and calculate to thermal distribution and displacement when the feed drive system process and get thermal affect in part of machine tools. For this reason, it can be provide the correct positioning information when the feed drive system is working. Firstly, we make a finite element model of feed drive system and give it with the optimization of elements and nodes. Setting the boundary condition to feed drive system and interface the temperature data of sensors from experiment. Get all kind of finite element model files in the feed drive system. Then import the file to the finite element heat dynamic analysis software that we developed, simulation to heat dynamic behavior and analysis the deformation of thermal conduction. Finally, compare to the information from experimental and software to ascertain the finite element calculated by the other millions of the reliability information. Apply this study can do dynamic analysis at thermal behavior character for machine tools to ensure the feasibility of the design and try another improved schemes to improve precision and lifetime of machine tools in the future.en_US
