Journal of International Business Studies, 1-24. | 摘要: | 過去對於國際創業導向以及網絡關係之相關研究甚多,但多為分開討論,甚至鮮少將兩者共同對企業海外營運的知識能力提升情形共同討論,本研究將結合反映企業內部態度的國際創業導向,以其企業外部的網絡關係,分別對企業的海外營運所需之知識能力的提升是否有正向影響;而知識能力提升後對企業的國際化速度是否亦有正向影響。 本研究以有進行海外營運之台灣廠商作為樣本,採取便利抽樣郵寄800份問卷,回收148份,扣除無效問卷後,問卷有效率為17.5%。本研究之各個構念具有高信度、收斂效度、區隔效度。採用階層迴歸分析討論個變數間的關聯性,依照廠商的國際化年齡,分成兩組進行分析和比較。實證分析發現,國際創業導向中的預應性、風險承受和創新性,以及網絡關係中的網絡中心性,對知識能力提升均有正向影響;而網絡關係中的網絡密度,則於本研究無法證實其與知識能力提升有顯著關係;再者知識能力提升與國際化速度亦為正向顯著關係;最後的分群比較,本研究發現較年輕的國際化廠商的國際創業導向和網絡關係對於知識能力提升上有較佳的表現。最後本研究依據研究結果提出學術貢獻、管理意涵與未來研究方向。 |
