摘要:	本研究目的為增加小球藻葉綠素、類胡蘿蔔素與綠藻精(C.G.F.；Chlorella Growth Factor)等機能性成分含量，小球藻Chlorella sp.培養於CZ-M1培養基，以有無光照的培養條件，並且經由添加1 %與3 %不同葡萄糖濃度與調整硝酸鈉濃度0、0.325、0.75和0.975 g/L的培養條件，影響小球藻Chlorella sp.之葉綠素、類胡蘿蔔素和C.G.F.的含量；於本研究的試驗條件中，以葡萄糖濃度1 %及硝酸鈉0.975 g/L的培養條件，可獲得葉綠素2487 mg%；類胡蘿蔔素424 mg%及C.G.F.為1.2的高機能性成分小球藻。
