One of it is Crowdsourcing, it is different from an ordinary outsourcing since it is a task or problem that is outsourced to an undefined public rather than to a specific, named group. However, recent research has paid scant attention to quantify and explore the adoption intention of company toward crowdsourcing, especially in Taiwan. Hence, this study uses technological, organizational, and environmental contexts to research the intention of Taiwanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt the crowdsourcing. The result based on survey of 240 respondents collected from Taiwanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) support the study that technological, organizational, and environmental forces really drive adoption intention. These findings and research model may be helpful to managers when assessing to adopt crowdsourcing in problem solving. |
